Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 US states and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are excluded.
How long does delivery take?
Handling is 1–2 business days and transit is 3–4 business days after dispatch: an estimated 4–6 business days total. The daily cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00, Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all eligible US orders.
How do I choose my size?
Use the body waist guide and garment measurements on each product page. Measurements are shown in inches and centimeters.
Can I return my skirt?
Request authorization within 30 days of receiving your skirt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for our errors, damage or defects. You pay for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How do I care for lace?
Follow the individual product instructions. Avoid twisting delicate lace and keep direct iron heat away from it.
