30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, the skirt must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with details of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate resolution. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not exclude claims for items received damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, damage or a defect. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After approval, funds will be refunded automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
